A few weeks ago, I photographed the dress rehearsal of the Sherlock Holmes story – The Hound of the Baskervilles – which was being staged by local amateur dramatics group, the Whitwell Players. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed both the photographing and also the play itself. I’m just hoping they ask me back when they put on their next production too!
The photographs of the Hound of the Baskervilles are so good they make the Whitwell Players look a real professional bunch! You could not believe from looking atthem that it was staged in a village hall in Whitwell, it looks more like a West End Theatre.
